Maurice Eastridge, Ph.D., Professor, Department of Animal Sciences.  Fat and fiber digestion in dairy cows and effects of milk composition.

Jeff Firkins, Ph.D., Professor, Department of Animal Sciences. Protein and carbohydrate nutrition in dairy cattle; gut microbiology.

Shelia Jacobi, Ph.D., Assistant Professor, Department of Animal Sciences. Nutritional immunology associated with neonatal gastrointestinal health in swine and swine models for human health.
