Holly Paden

Holly is researching the intersection of food safety and the microbiome throughout the course of cancer.  She is evaluating food safety knowledge and behaviors of cancer patients seeking treatment.  Currently, she is analyzing changes to the microbiome during cancer and treatment, and how those changes are impacted by consumption of a high or low fat diet.
